Goodbill follows all HIPAA policies and guidelines, and all employees are HIPAA trained. Customer’s privacy, trust, and security are paramount, which is why Goodbill often goes above and beyond HIPAA guidelines to protect data even further.
As a point of legal clarification, Goodbill is not technically a “Covered Entity” (a HIPAA-specific term that generally includes insurance companies, health plans, your physicians, and hospitals).
