You can check the latest status of your Goodbill case by going to the summary page for your bill:
From here, you'll be able to see the status of all of your tasks, plus the latest activity on the Goodbill side. The Latest activity section is especially useful when waiting for billing records from the hospital, or for checking on the latest negotiation status.
Also from this page, you can email your Goodbill case manager. Your manager is there for you throughout your Goodbill journey to answer questions, fix any issues and provide additional status information if needed.
